I was playing around with this the other day, but I don't understand what all the stuff is for. Why are there so many things you can do with this? Are they useful? Is there a function for every letter of the alphabet? And most importantly, why haven't they documented that, I think it's important to know what you're doing in case you screw something up, because some of that stuff looked like it could do serious damage to your Braille Note if you didn't know what you were doing.

that won't do much damage, it's mainly for recalabrating and the like. it also measures some of the battery stats. this is something you should ask humanware directly however, you'll get a better answer if you do.

Not every letter of the alphabet is used in the support information mode. All support information features do have a purpose. I think there are like 8 of them although I cant remember them all offhand. The context sensitive help and the user guide do provide enough background on these functions to give you a good idea of what each does. I mostly use p to get the batter status a for battery accuracy b for last charge info c for nominal available charge s for charging state d for last measured discharge I know that i will give you the charging cycle count f and r recalibrate the battery (though I havent had to do that manually) x exercises the braille display so you can see if all dots work (I do use that from time to time.) Hope this helps. if you want more info pqn me.

Lol, I never thought to try to get context sensitive help when I was in it, I just looked in the user guide and it wasn't in there, so I assumed it wasn't documented.

And don't put your braille note in deep sleep mode if you don't know how to wake it up again! I put my bn in deep sleep and turned it off and went to turn it on but thing wouldn't respond even when I pressed reset.

a reset should have done it. but don't forget, there are more than one type of reset
